Revellers worried about looking their best at work after a heavy Christmas party have been given a number of tips to stay fresh.
It takes 60 minutes to prepare for another day in the office, washing the night's frivolities away, experts writing in the Sun claimed.
The reparations should begin after arriving home at around 03:00 GMT following the Christmas shindig, with a large glass of water to help to rehydrate the body.
In the morning, revellers are advised to drink a cup of tea, freezing two bags for later in the morning.
Once the bags have cooled they are to be placed on the eyes, as tannin - which is most abundant in cheaper tea - acts as a "depuffing agent".
More water and breakfast are also the order of the morning, while alternating between hot and cold water could also help to wash away last night's party.
The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service recently provided advice to employers to help the Christmas party pass without difficulty.
One of the suggestions was to provide non-alcoholic drinks to help staff stay sober and avoid missing work the next day.
