Gamers who would like to get their hands on the Xbox 360 Premium for the Christmas party season are in luck. The Xbox is dropping 30 GBP in price just in time for Christmas party entertainment. Microsoft has announced it will cut the price this Friday.
Stephen McGill, head of gaming & entertainment for Xbox UK says, ‘"We pioneered the successful concept of multiple products for multiple categories of consumer. The Xbox 360 opens up whole new avenues of entertainment for those who seek the ultimate gaming and entertainment experience."
"Whether it's our lead in console sales, record-setting games and accessory attach rates or our leading online service, evidence is everywhere that Xbox is thriving."
On August 24 the new Christmas party season retail pricing is estimated as follows:
The Xbox 360 Premium will be sold at an estimated retail price of £249.99 ($497). The entry-level Xbox 360 Core console will be reduced by £20 to achieve an estimated retail price of £179.99. The new Xbox 360 Elite will have an estimated retail price of £299.99 when it launches in the UK this Friday - the same day as the other price-cuts.
Xbox fans are excited about the cuts and some are planning to purchase several of the gaming systems for Christmas gifts and Christmas party entertainment.
