Those looking for beverage tips in time for the Christmas party season may wish to visit the Wine Show 2006 at the Business Design Centre, Islington this month.
From October 26th to 29th, the show will showcase wines from around the world, as well as allow visitors to stock up in time for the party period.
Visitors will also be able to taste the different varieties, which could give them ideas as to which tipples they will drink this Christmas.
Further tips and advice will be on offer from wine experts Oz Clarke and Matt Skinner, who will lead tours around the show.
The French Wine Zone particularly concentrates on wines to match celebrations, such as Christmas and New Year.
Wines for nights out, dinner parties, celebrations and Christmas, which can all be sampled, are showcased, with organisers promising that visitors will find a wine to suit their needs.
Traditional alcoholic Christmas drinks include Mulled Wine and sherry.
