A "subtle specialness" in the new-look Glenfiddich whisky range packs makes them ideal for "seasonal gifting", according to Sylvia Lowe, the company's global brand manager.
The new design could make the alcohol beverage a popular gift to take to Christmas parties this December.
Rounded tin designs aim to attract the Christmas shopper market, as the festive season draws closer, reports Design Bulletin.
Ms Lowe suggests that the product, which comes in different colours, is ideal for both men and women.
Sylvia Lowe, Glenfiddich global brand manager, said: "Aesthetically the packs strike a great balance between subtle specialness, which makes it perfect for seasonal gifting and [the] enduring design that will be attractive all year round."
She added that the tins "are masculine in shape and feel" but will attract female gifters, who comprise 60 per cent of malt whisky buyers.
There are currently 68 shopping days until Christmas day.
