Tabloid newspaper The Sun has is looking for people who would like to spruce up their look for the Christmas party and holiday season. The contest is targeted at women who would like to lose weight and change their look before Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
The Sun is starting a “drop a dress size challenge.” Their “Fit Squad” is taking dedicated dieters “in all shapes and sizes to get into their dream dress and dazzle this Christmas party season.”
In exchange for readers’ pledge to loose weight by this year’s Christmas party and change their look they will get special treatment from The Sun’s “Fit Squad” treatment. This includes food, fitness and fashion advice from experts Nicki Waterman, Amanda Ursell and Erica Davies.
The winners of the competition will receive a designer dress from Debenhams worth £100, a makeover and a photo shoot.
People who wish to enter this Christmas party makeover must send in a full length picture and include information about current height, weight and reasons for wanting to shape up. Details can be found on The Sun’s website.
