Consumers can save on the Christmas party shopping bill this year with Asda’s Christmas Savings Card. A website that reports on Christmas savings cards says Asda’s is one of the easiest to use. Christmas party hosts can pick up a card in store and pay into the account at any till.
With only a few months of shopping time before Christmas, Asda has re-launched its Christmas Savings card in the hope of luring in more business in the holiday season.
The card savings scheme works in a simple way. Christmas party hosts need to pick up a card when they begin their shopping this year. The cards keep track of how much they’ve spent and the card holder claims cash back in late November.
On 20th November, those with £49 to £96 get a £1 bonus; those with £97 to £143 on their card gain £3; and those with £144 get £6. There’s no limit to the amount of cards a Christmas party shopper can have. Consumers simply need to load up in denominations of £144, by 19th Nov at the latest, to gain the greatest benefit from the bonus.
ASDA is not the only company to tempt shoppers with such a scheme. Almost every store has a type of consumer rewards program. Consumers are advised to research the various cash back schemes on offer from different retailers in order to gain the maximum benefit.
