The preferred partner day-delegate rate (DDR) is offered only by West End Events and can be booked online at the off-peak rate of £47 inc. vat in Jan, Feb, July and August and £65 inc. vat during the peak months of March, April, May, June, September, October, November and December.

Based on minimum numbers, this rate includes the following:

– Room Hire
– 2 servings Tea and Coffee
– Hot/Cold Fork Buffet Lunch
– ½ Bottle Mineral Water and Boiled Sweets
– 1 x Flip Chart

If your main conference is held in one of the four main rooms, then any additional syndicate rooms required will have the room hire discounted by 50%.
