3. Make an availability enquiry for your preferred date. If you are looking at December dates for your Christmas function, it is easier to use our Christmas private party calendar on the right. Once you have made your online enquiry (you an always call us on 0207 404 4232) , we will get back to you within 48 hours with all the possible options.

Steps to get your private party off the ground..
Make a provisional booking for two weeks at no obligation
- View your chosen party venue and consult with your colleagues
- Have West End Events clarify any queries raised
- Sign your contract and deposit £ 30.00 per guest based on minimum numbers
- Finalise party guest list and dietary requirements and send the balance 21 days prior to the show
