Steps to get your private party off the ground..
Make a provisional booking for two weeks at no obligation
- View your chosen party venue and consult with your colleagues
- Have West End Events clarify any queries raised
- Sign your contract and deposit £ 30.00 per guest based on minimum numbers
- Finalise party guest list and dietary requirements and send the balance 21 days prior to the show

2. Select your food and beverage options. Check the private party price list for packages within your budget

3. Make an availability enquiry for your preferred date. If you are looking at December dates for your Christmas function, it is easier to use our Christrmas private party calendar on the right.
