Those recovering from New Year's Eve parties on January 1st 2007 may wish to indulge in the complete Star Wars series, which is being broadcast on Sky High Definition (HD) television.
The Phantom Menace kicks off the Star Wars series at 06:00 GMT, which could be viewed by partygoers returning home in the early hours.
For those who stay in bed until the afternoon - perhaps nursing a hangover from the previous night's excesses - Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope begins at 13:40 GMT, HDTV reports.
This is directly followed by the series in cinema release order and includes The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.
Following this, Sky HD will show all of the prequels, including Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith, so that Star Wars fans can enjoy the continuity of watching the series in the order that they were shown at the cinema.
In what constitutes almost 24 hours of Star Wars action, New Year's Day could be one spent on the sofa in front to the television.
The New Year's Day Parade will also be taking place in London, for those who feel like venturing outside.
