An alcoholic drink, often drunk at office Christmas parties, is re-branding its bottle design, it has emerged.
The move by Plymouth Gin to create an art deco bottle in time for Christmas is part of a £15 million marketing campaign, reports mad.co.uk.
Sloe Gin, which is a product from the company's range, will utilise the new bottle design and consumers will be encouraged to use the drink for cocktails over the festive period.
Sophie Rietz-Elvefors, global brand director for Plymouth Gin, said: "Plymouth Sloe Gin's highly distinctive bottle shape has created a truly stylish modern classic for sloe gin drinkers, while maintaining the same smooth tasting recipe."
She added that the new marketing campaign and bottle shape gives the drinks company the opportunity to increase interest in Plymouth Slow Gin, which she says has an undiscovered versatility.
Plymouth Gin, which is produced at the Blackfriars distillery in Plymouth, has been around since the 19th century.
