A mixture of sports stars and A-list celebrities gathered at the Ralph Lauren store last week as Wimbledon approaches.
The London venue threw a lavish party in support of the Too Many Women charity and to celebrate the renewal of its partnership with the world famous sporting event.
Tennis legend Boris Becker was among the attendees, proclaiming Ralph Lauren to be one of the "greatest designers of all time".
"He's my personal favourite because he combines elegance and class with sporting grace - it's how I like to see myself," he commented.
Meanwhile, Gwyneth Paltrow turned heads in a Stella McCartney creation, which had originally been intended for the Iron Man 2 premiere.
Vanity Fair's Elizabeth Saltzman explained this had been the first time Gwyneth had got to flaunt the dress, due to the volcanic ash cloud scuppering the movie premiere plans.
Elizabeth said the disrupting event had been something of a leveller across the world, reminding everyone of their insignificance.
"It didn't matter who you were, or whether you had a private jet, no-one was flying," she told Vogue magazine.
"Tamara Mellon was stuck in New York for her daughter's birthday and there was nothing to be done about it."
