The 41-year-old saw off competition from fellow eye candy Brad Pitt to top a poll of the best torsos in film.
According to the Lovefilm survey, the star's iconic emergence from the sea in

Casino Royale sealed the deal for voters.
"It was Craig in those trunks that catapulted him to stardom," confirmed a representative for the DVD rental site.
Craig received 34 per cent of votes for his pectoral performance, followed by Gerard Butler, the Scottish star of 300 who has recently been linked to Jennifer Aniston.
Jen's former hubby Brad came third in the survey for his torso in Troy, while Borat's mankini earned fourth place for Sacha Baron Cohen.
Another
James Bond thespian, Sean Connery, received six per cent of votes for his appearance as 007 in Thunderball.
The Scottish native popped up in another list of legends this month, ranking number one in the compilation of worst film accents ever.
Empire magazine's poll also featured the vocal talents of Meryl Streep, star of the big-screen version of
Abba musical Mamma Mia!
