Historic Australian Conference Goes Unreported
14/03/2008

Rupert Murdoch has been accused of enforcing a news white-out in Australia after an international 3-day long conference which opened in Sydney on Friday evening went unreported.

The international conference was held in central Sydney’s prestigious Tattersalls Club to discuss the events of 9/11 and the subsequent investigations.

Independent news agency Mathaba claims Australia’s television and news networks are in the control of two men: Rupert Murdoch and James Packer.

Free drinks, food and service were laid out by the organisers of the conference, but Mathaba claims not a single reporter from Australia’s media networks attended.

The conference was held to examine among other things the failure of the US official investigations to answer questions and examine the evidence, which Mathaba claims implies complicity of the U.S. White House, intelligence agencies and Defense Policy Board of the Pentagon.

Mathaba claims it is the only media covering the historic event. Speakers at the conference include former Director of Advanced Space Programs Development for the U.S. Air Force in the Ford and Carter administrations Dr. Robert M. Bowman, and Dr Leifer of Sydney University.
