Screaming fans lined the streets of the West End at the London premiere of High Street Musical 3.
Hundreds of teenagers flooded London's Leicester Square for a glimpse of the US stars. Mass hysteria broke out when then the shows teen heartthrob Zac Efron and on-screen girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens made an appearance.
From the red carpet, Hudgens said: "We came here for the first premiere, so coming back and seeing how many more people came and how much of a bigger deal it is, is amazing."
Efron passed comment on the screaming hoards of teenagers outside the West End premiere, he remarked: "It's amazing. This is the biggest turnout we've had on the entire tour so we're really flattered. We're proud to be representing this movie."
He added: "Sometimes the moms are even crazier than the fans are- it's really interesting!"
Hudgens, Efron and fellow stars, Ashley Tisdale and Corbin Bleu were accompanied by dancers and basketball players down the red carpet.
High Street Musical, the television movie was first screened in the US in 2006, before it became took the world by storm and became an overnight success. The film will be released in London and UK cinemas on October 22.
