Those looking to be fit in time for the festive season and their office Christmas parties, should follow a regime at the Curves gym, it has been advised.
According to a Daily Record reporter, Sally McLean, taking the Curves challenge should help people lose weight in time for the "endless nights out" Christmas brings, the newspaper reports.
Ms McLean indicates that this method of getting fit could enable her and others to be able to climb into that "little black dress", which may be ideal for Christmas party attire.
"Curves is a women-only gym where the mantra is "No Men, No Mirrors and No Make-up," says Ms McLean.
"I have pledged to go three times a week for the next three months. And I am told if I stick to this and don't gorge myself on Pinot Grigio and sweet and sour chicken and fried rice, I will see inches dissolve from my bulky frame."
Curves operates gyms in the UK and the US.
