Office managers planning on attending New Year's Eve events should consider arranging transport home for when the celebrations finish, a newspaper states.
In addition to planning food, drink and music, organisers should arrange how guests will get home after they have seen in 2007, according to Caymen Net News.
Partygoers are also warned about drink-driving on New Year's Eve, with the newspaper suggesting that almost everyone gets drunk on the night.
The publication states: "If you are tanked up there is a fair chance that you will actually make it home.
"You may scrape the side of the car on a wall, or damage the car somewhat - but, on the other hand you may not make it home at all."
The newspaper indicates that other drivers could put motorists at risk, which is another reason to be alert on the roads and only drive if within the legal limit.
The THINK! Christmas drink-drive campaign, which was launched on December 1st 2006, focuses on persuading male drivers between the ages of 17 and 29 not to take control of a vehicle when under the influence of alcohol.
